FREE shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 will include a $2.00 handling fee.

We ship throughout the continental U.S. as well as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note that deliveries outside the continental U.S. may take a little longer to arrive. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Fragrance is personal, and for sanitary reasons, we cannot resell returned items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please save the box and its contents, take a photo of the damage, and contact us at info@olfactoryhouse.com within two weeks of delivery. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to get a replacement to you.
