The Kitchen Sink Box
Each season, Olfactory House releases a new batch of The Kitchen Sink. A fragrance born from the desire to reduce waste and breathe new life into remnants. Every edition is curated around each novel batch. Each unboxing becomes a moment of discovery, filled with Olfactory House creations, small indulgences, and thoughtful finds from regional makers. No two editions are alike. Olfactory House takes pleasure in choosing each element for its harmony and ability to delight.
The Kitchen Sink Box is pre-order only and quantities are limited. Purchases must be made by the 20th of the month prior to shipment. Subscriptions purchased after the 20th will receive the following quarter's edition. See our FAQs for more details on your specific installment rhythm.

Can I choose how often I receive The Kitchen Sink Box?
The Kitchen Sink Box is released four times per year. Every scent-scriber receives the same quarterly edition. You choose your installment rhythm of quarterly, monthly, or annually.
When will my card be charged?
Quarterly installments are charged automatically on the 20th of the month before the next edition ships. Each edition leaves our flagship location in Seattle on the 1st.
Monthly installments are charged on the 20th of every month.
Annual subscriptions are charged every year on the same date of purchase.

Can I pick up my edition at the Seattle location?
Absolutely. We love when our scent-scribers visit us. All are welcome to select in-store pickup at checkout and collect their edition from our Seattle flagship. Please note that pricing remains the same for both pickup and shipped orders, as shipping is included in the overall edition cost. Click here to find us on Google Maps.
Is shipping included and when can I expect it to arrive?
Editions ship four times a year on December 1, March 1, June 1, and September 1. Shipping notifications are sent as soon as your edition leaves the studio.
Shipping is included for all editions shipped to the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
Shipping is not included on editions shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Please note that deliveries outside the continental U.S. may take a little longer to arrive. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Each season brings a new experience. Every edition includes that quarter’s Kitchen Sink Batch, a selection of Olfactory House creations, and a feature from another local small business. Contents vary with every edition.
Will I know what’s inside before it ships?
Part of the joy of The Kitchen Sink Box is discovery. Scan the QR code in your edition and join Erica as she explores each curated item with insights on how and why it’s included. Listen for special offers only discovered when watching the video.
What is the value of The Kitchen Sink Box?
Each edition contains a minimum value of $90 in products and experiences. No two editions are alike, and each is designed to feel generous, thoughtful, and one-of-a-kind to keep each seasonal experience unique.
Can I give The Kitchen Sink Box as a gift?
Please do! You can send an edition directly to someone special by entering their shipping address at checkout and adding a personal note in the order field. We’ll print your message and include it inside their edition.
Can I cancel my subscription?
For quarterly subscribers, you can cancel anytime before the charge date. Cancellations made after the charge date apply towards the following edition.
For monthly subscribers, you can cancel after your first 3 installments. To avoid charges for the following edition you must cancel before the 20th of the next month. Partial payments for future editions will not be refunded.
All annual subscriptions are prepaid, and there are no refunds. Should you decide you do not want to continue with the annual plan, simply log into your account or contact us at info@olfactoryhouse.com to cancel. Please note: Cancelling will stop any future annual charges, but any prepaid editions will still be delivered according to your annual plan.

Can I return my edition?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Fragrance is personal, and for sanitary reasons, we cannot resell returned items.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please save the box and its contents, take a photo of the damage, and contact us at info@olfactoryhouse.com within two weeks of delivery. We will coordinate with the carrier to get a replacement to you.
